Schwartz Rollins is pleased to announce that partner Jay Rollins has received his certification in Mediation from The New Decisions Management Associates, Inc. Jay has more than 30 years of experience in successfully mediating cases as counsel for both individuals and businesses in a broad spectrum of employment and employment-related matters. Recently, Jay has been sought out by both plaintiff and defense counsel to assist in mediating to resolve outstanding matters. Jay’s experience covers a broad spectrum of case types, from FLSA wage and hour disputes, to physician contracts, from restrictive covenants to partnership dissolution.
